The Metcon 10 receives an updated upper, using an open-holed engineered mesh construction for comfort and distraction-free training. Larger perforations in the fabric increase airflow, encouraging cool air to circulate while making it easier for built-up heat to escape, keeping your feet cool and comfortable. Nike has introduced a wider toe box, allowing your toes to splay when lifting heavy weights; they won't feel restrictive.
